1. What size should I get if I’m in between sizes?
If you’re in between sizes, previous customers have suggested that going a size up is the best option. For example if you are a size 8.5, we suggest getting the size large which is US Size: 9-10. This is because when you’re wearing After Flats, it’s usually after wearing heels for a while. At that moment your feet are sore and a little swollen so a size up, although slight larger than your normal size, would fit very comfortably. Also, because we've added the elastic heel back to the new design, the flats comfortably hug the back of your heel for a snug fit.

2. What material is After Flats made of?
The shoe itself is made of an ultra light synthetic leather and with a strong rubber sole. The insole is lined with suede and a thin layer of foam cushioning. The heel back is elastic to comfortable hug the back of your heel for a snug fit. The clutch is made of the synthetic leather and the tote bag is made of nylon/polyester to carry your heels.
3. What are your wedding rates and packages?
After Flats are perfect for weddings because they’re elegant and ladies can use them that same night! We offer 2 main packages: the bridesmaids package for 8 or more pairs, and the wedding favor package for 20 or more pairs. We also offer larger discounts for higher volumes. 4. When will you have my size or color?
We apologize that we do not currently have your size or color. We usually restock every month and notifications are sent to our VIP mailing list. By joining our VIP list you will be the first to hear about new colors, designs and discounts. If you have any special requests for colors or sizes that we do not offer, feel free to send us an email to info@afterflats.com
5. Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. We would love to build a long business relationship with you and grow together. As a boutique owner, carrying our product will be a great asset to your boutique. As a wedding or event planner, you will be providing your clients with cute, unique party favors. As a partner we will also promote your business on our partners page. Email us for more information at info@afterflats.com
6. Is it possible to customize the product? For example have my logo on the carrying case or shoe?
We do offer customization for large order (500 or more) special events and clients. Email us for more information at info@afterflats.com
For smaller quantities, some customers like to order After Flats and have them embroidered for special events such as weddings and parties. This is a very affordable option and results in good quality customization. The clutch itself does not have anything written on it so it is easily customized. The After Flats logos are only on the insole of the shoe and on the tote bag which is for the most part hidden.
7. Can I wash the flats in a washing machine?
We don’t suggest washing the flats in a washing machine. After Flats are meant as back up shoes and are designed to be light and portable but durable enough to walk around in. The washing machine may damage the shoe, stitching, or color especially on the metallic colors such as silver, gold, and pink.
